Child Support Enforcement Customer Service Call Center
For your convenience, the Illinois Section of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS), Division of Child Support Enforcement implemented a price-free client service number.
Customer Service representatives are available Monday through Friday, from viii:00 a.k. to iv:30 p.m. (except state holidays).
Contact the Customer Service Call Center for help (other than legal communication). Staff tin answer questions about child back up and assist you in getting issues resolved. The Customer Service Call Center serves parents and persons with kid support concerns.
Staff works with other Division of Child Support Enforcement offices to:
